General Remarks
▪ Accommodation for children below 12 years (0-11.99 years) is free of charge but also subject to Green Tax of USD 06.00 per night (including infants)
▪ Maximum of 2 children aged below 12 years (0-11.99 years) may share a room with 2 adults free of charge, utilizing existing room bedding
▪ A minimum of 3 nights stay
▪ For Split Stays, a minimum stay of 2 nights per category is required
▪ Split Seasons: Rates will be identified based on seasonal dates listed in this contract. Should any booking fall over 2 seasons, a split season rate offering will be permitted.
▪ Check-in: 15.00. Early check-in is based on availability. For guaranteed early check-in prior to 09:00 hrs. 100% of the prior night’s room charges apply. For guaranteed check-in between 09:00 – 15:00 hrs. 50% of the prior night’s room charges apply.
▪ Check- out: 12.00. Late check-out is based on availability. To guarantee late check-out, guests will have to pay equivalent to 50% of one night’s stay until 16.00 hrs. and 100% of villa charge afterwards.

Child & Sharing Policy
▪ Rollaway beds are not available in the resort. For room bedding configurations please refer Maximum Occupancy Table
▪ Maximum of 2 children below 12 years (0-11.99 years) may share a room with 1 or 2 adults free of charge, utilizing existing room bedding
▪ Cots for children under 3 years are provided free of charge and are subject to availability
▪ Infant: 0 – 1.99 years (inclusive) enjoy a complimentary stay. Green tax at USD 6 per per night will be charged
▪ Child: 2 – 11.99 years (inclusive) enjoy a complimentary stay. Green tax at USD 6 per per night and transfers will be charged
▪ Third Child: USD 106 per night on BB and will be entitled to enjoy 50% discount on adult meal plan supplement
▪ If a disclaimer is signed upon arrival children can be accompanied in Over Water Villas
▪ Children below 12 years (0-11.99) old eat for free based on the rules of the meal plan of the accompanying adult (for example HB, FB, AI). Children will be entitled to meals free of charge from the buffet or from Kids menu only
▪ Special events, rooms service and private dinning shall not be included
▪ To ensure that both parents and children enjoy their holiday, the children’s complimentary “Little Bird’s Club” is available 7 days a week for children of ages 4 – 11.99 (inclusive);
▪ Nanny for Children can be arranged in advance for an additional cost per hour. The request should be placed 24 hours in advance.
